Arlette - Watercolor and pastels, by Linda Le Kinff

A mixture of bright and dark colors, depicting a woman with bright red hair, wearing a sober Klein blue dress, and a red flower glued to her black ribbon. This was the beginning of Linda Le Kinff's collages, a technique that would become increasingly common in the coming decades.

Her gaze is firmly fixed on a bright future, filled with professional success and personal happiness. An accomplished woman, the artist offers us a woman in her own image.
